Fey Anme is a Haitian foraged-botanical forest liqueur (“anme” = bitter, “fèy” = leaf in Creole) — a blend of Haitian foraged botanicals including local hibiscus (choublack) for color and aroma, dandelion for bitterness, citrus, orange peels, bitter melon, local pimento black pepper, and tree barks, finished with local honey for sweetness and depth.
