Produced traditionally at Bodega San Isidro in Peru’s Ica Valley using alembic copper pot stills.Torontel is one of the most aromatic of the eight permitted Peruvian pisco grape varieties — thoroughly floral and fragrant, with distinctive jasmine, magnolia, and honeysuckle character.
