Notes of fresh agave, clove, and roasted cashew.As of 2020, Rancho de la Luna mezcal is produced by mezcalero Carlos Méndez Blas of Cruz de Fuego and Cuentacuentos in Santiago Matatlán, the traditional heart of Oaxacan mezcal production.Tasting Notes
