Rhum Clément Créole Shrubb Liqueur d’Orange

Rhum Clément Créole Shrubb Liquéur d’Orange is a blend of white and aged Agricole Rhums from Martinique macerated with sun-dried bitter orange peels and Créole spices. The result is a distinctly Caribbean orange liqueur at 40% ABV — more complex and aromatic than standard triple sec or Cointreau, with the vegetal, grassy character of Agricole rum underlying the orange.
Rhum Agricole is produced from fresh sugarcane juice rather than molasses, giving it a character distinct from most rum — herbaceous, grassy, and mineral. In Créole Shrubb, this agricultural character combines with bitter orange and Créole spices to produce a liqueur that works well in Ti’ Punch, Rum Punch, and as a triple sec alternative in Margaritas or Sidecar variations.
